We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

5. YouTube API Services — Special Disclosure

VideoToReals uses YouTube API Services to publish videos to your YouTube channel. Our use and transfer of information received from YouTube API Services to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

API Scopes we request:

youtube.upload — to upload and publish videos to your YouTube channel as YouTube Shorts
youtube — to retrieve your YouTube Channel ID after OAuth authorization
userinfo.email — to identify your Google account

What we do NOT do with Google data:

We do NOT use Google data for advertising or analytics
We do NOT share or sell Google user data to third parties
We do NOT use Google data to train AI or machine learning models
We do NOT use Google APIs for AI NCII (AI-generated Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery)
We do NOT transfer Google data to Vizard.ai or any other third-party service

Vizard.ai is used solely for cutting user-owned long videos into short clips. No Google account data is shared with Vizard.ai.

To request deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us at slogotipy@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
